The subscriptionprice in the Share Issue amounted to SEK 1.77 per share. All shares in the Share Issue have been subscribed for and the Board of Directors of the Company has therefore today, 15 December 2025, resolved on allotment of all shares in the Share Issue. Through the Share Issue, the Company receives approximately SEK 10.0.<\/strong><br \/><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br \/><strong>Allocation of shares<\/strong><br \/>All shares in the Share Issue have been subscribed for and the Board of Directors of the Company has therefore today, 15 December 2025, resolved on allotment of shares to RGB (Utexo).
