The organization will transition to a more streamlined and operationally focused structure, with direct reporting lines to the CEO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mfn-body\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">The purpose of the reorganization is to shorten decision-making processes and further strengthen Valuno&rsquo;s ability to execute its strategic priorities in a swift and coordinated manner. During the transition period, Peter Liljeroos, Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO, will assume more direct operational responsibility for the business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">The process of defining the future organizational structure and functional setup has been initiated and will be communicated in due course.
