The Company has engaged KPMG as new legal counsel, with the mandate to submit a new appeal and to handle other ongoing tax matters.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mfn-body\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">The purpose of this action is to restart the appeals process based on a more comprehensive factual basis, with the support of a leading advisor in tax law.
