Valuno Group AB (publ) has signed an agreement with London-based fintech company Paysecure for the use of Valuno’s Atlas service. Atlas combines stablecoin conversion and orchestration with regulated settlement services provided through Valuno’s licensed payment partners, giving Paysecure, its customers and partners access to secure, low-cost stablecoin transactions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Paysecure is a global payments orchestration platform and intelligent technology layer connecting e-commerce merchants and financial institutions with more than 500 counterparties worldwide. Its extensive suite of payment solutions includes smart routing, dynamic cashier, centralised tokenisation and real-time reporting, empowering global clients to increase acceptance rates, reduce fraud and lower cross-border transaction costs. <\/p>\n

Valuno Group AB (publ) is disclosing this agreement as the board considers Paysecure, as a customer and partner, to be of interest to the market. The agreement does not entail any yet known revenues, and the board is currently unable to determine the financial value of the deal.<\/p>\n
