Valuno Group AB (publ) (“the Company”) announces that the fine of SEK 3,000,000 imposed by NGM’s Disciplinary Committee on 10 June 2026 has now been paid in full.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The fine related to shortcomings in the Company’s disclosure practices and corporate governance during a period of significant changes in management and the board. Since the decision, Valuno has continued its work to strengthen governance, disclosure practices, and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
