Valuno promotes a world where it should be easy and cheap to make quick and secure payments, wherever in the world you may be. 

We want it to be a matter of course for everyone to have access to a democratic and secure financial system. We want to eliminate economic exclusion and to remove complexity, by creating the most accessible and secure financial services, which allows everyone to participate in the new digital economy.

Business model

Valuno’s products enable businesses to make more secure payments, improve cash flow through shorter settlement times and access new customer segments compared to traditional payment methods. In addition to the ability for consumers to pay with cryptocurrency, Valuno offers a simple and secure way to invest and take advantage of interesting areas of use, where returns and value do not depend solely on the exchange rate itself.

We leverage the advantages of blockchain technology as an enabler in the new digital economy. The innovative payment solutions we provide are at the forefront of technology and designed with the user in mind. Our products are based on the idea of an ecosystem where each product has a clear value and the combination of multiple products creates additional value. By building our services with a global perspective, we make it possible to expand geographically to new markets where we see potential. Since the start, Valuno has been a leader in developing services for a growing need of e-merchants and other customers.

Products

Through its subsidiary Quickbit, Valuno offers crypto-related solutions targeted at both businesses and consumers. Quickbit’s solutions for businesses include Quickbit Pay, Quickbit On-ramp, and Quickbit Corporate Wallet. For consumers Quickbit’s offering consists of Quickbit Card and Quickbit App.

Quickbit Pay

Quickbit Pay is Quickbit’s crypto payment gateway, a platform for crypto transactions. The product has been designed to handle both external crypto transactions from other wallets, as well as buy-in-app payments, which bring clear added value to users. Quickbit Pay leverages Quickbit’s infrastructure at its core and allows our Quickbit App users to pay online using the cryptocurrencies available in the Quickbit App, while allowing e-merchants and others to get paid in fiat currency. By offering Quickbit Pay to their customers, companies offering digital services and products can benefit from instant settlement, low processing fees and quick access to cash while eliminating chargebacks.

Quickbit On-ramp

To help new users test crypto transactions, and experienced crypto users to approach a wider use, Quickbit has developed a solution called On-ramp. It is aimed at actors in the crypto world who do not use fiat currency infrastructure themselves, and is based on the technology that underlies the Quickbit App. In this way, Quickbit’s On-ramp solution can help users buy crypto and send it directly to a company

Quickbit Corporate Wallet

Quickbit Corporate Wallet is based on Quickbit App and fulfils the needs of a professional user while also creating reconciliations for accounting. The same storage model that Quickbit App delivers to consumers and private individuals can be offered to companies and institutions. Corporate Wallet meets the market demand to use cryptocurrencies as transaction currency to create faster settlements. Quickbit’s Corporate Wallet can also utilise both Quickbit Pay and Quickbit On-ramp to accept payments. Corporate Wallet is part of the hub of Quickbit’s offering to businesses and has great growth opportunities with functionality and values to offer e-merchants, especially in combination with stablecoins.

Quickbit App

Quickbit App was launched on the Swedish market in August 2021. The basis of Quickbit App is a digital crypto wallet.

It’s a custodial wallet, which means that Quickbit will hold and manage the private keys on the consumer’s behalf. This removes part of the complexity of creating a wallet. It’s a great option for new cryptocurrency users who don’t feel comfortable holding their own keys. If a person loses the keys to their crypto wallet, it means that the cryptocurrency stored in it can no longer be accessed and it is then only possible to access the cryptocurrency in the wallet via the private keys. 

The Quickbit App has several functionalities, including sending, receiving, and swapping cryptocurrencies.

Quickbit Card

In the spring of 2022, Quickbit Card was launched to the entire Swedish market which made Valuno the first Swedish crypto company to offer a payment card in Sweden. Today, Quickbit Card is also available in Norway and Finland.

With Quickbit Card, the cardholder is given the opportunity to smoothly use their cryptocurrency as payment both in physical stores and online. The card is linked to the customer’s EUR account in the Quickbit App and by exchanging cryptocurrency for euros, the customer can make purchases everywhere Visa is accepted. The card is easily ordered in the Quickbit App where the customer also chooses a PIN code and can see all their transactions.

Valuno’s goal is to be at the forefront of applications for financial services. This will be done by utilising the high level of internal expertise and, together with partners, being quick to reach the market with new solutions. The products will have a scalability that makes them effective and easy to reach a wide audience. Through an inventive and flat organisation, Valuno will therefore be quick to move from idea to action in order to produce products and services with the potential for great impact on the market. 

Valuno has a set of offerings through its subsidiary Quickbit that are partly unique in the crypto market, but also maintain a high standard. This means that Valuno has good opportunities to expand its position and grow its user base both within consumers, e-merchants and other customers.

One of Valuno’s focus areas is that it should always take as little time as possible for a product to reach the market. In order for this to happen, it is of great importance that such a product maintains the highest possible quality, but where risks and costs are also taken into account to be at the lowest possible level. It is also important for Valuno to have extensive control over its products in order to maintain a high quality after a product is on the market. Through efficient processes and close cooperation between different functions, especially in the technical and product organisation, this can be achieved smoothly. This is a key component in continuing to expand and build trust in the market.
