Share capital

As of 6 November 2025, the share capital of Valuno Group AB amounted to SEK 190,869,256.36, divided into 21,198,925,900 shares. The nominal value per share is SEK 0.01. Each share carries one vote, and each shareholder entitled to vote may exercise full voting rights for all shares owned and represented at the general meeting. All shares confer equal rights to the company’s assets and profits.
